Chile’s Financial Market Commission (CMF) NCG 461 established sustainability and governance disclosures in integrated annual reports for entities within scope. NCG 519 incorporated ISSB IFRS S1 and S2 requirements; in July 2026, NCG 572 delayed mandatory application to reports for 2027. The CMF says entities may report 2026 information voluntarily in 2027.
