Spain’s Sustainable Mobility Law (Law 9/2025) establishes mobility planning measures, including plans for certain workplaces. The consolidated text, amended in March 2026, sets a threshold of more than 200 workers or 100 per shift at a work centre for the workplace-plan provision.
